Heather Majtyka, MOT OTR/L
Heather's journey is a testament to the transformative power of personal experiences and professional dedication. Growing up in northern Virginia, Heather moved to Penn State University to study Organizational Psychology. This field laid the groundwork for her analytical and empathetic approach to her later career. After college, her life took a profound turn when her son Padraic was diagnosed with Autism, leading her to discover the world of Autism and Occupational Therapy. This pivotal moment inspired her to pursue a master's degree in occupational therapy from Temple University.
Since 2007, Heather has diligently expanded her expertise, earning advanced trainings and certifications in the following:
Sensory Integration
Praxis
The Tomatis Method (Level 4)
Reflex Integration
Therapeutic Listening
The Safe and Sound Protocol
DIR Floortime.
Her commitment to continuous learning ensures that she provides her clients with the most current and evidence-based techniques available.
Heather's role as an Occupational Therapy practitioner brings her immense joy and fulfillment. She feels privileged to be part of the lives of each family she encounters, always believing in the limitless potential of every individual. As both a practice owner and a parent, Heather champions the philosophy of presuming intellect in all her clients.
Residing in Media, Pennsylvania, with her husband and youngest son, Heather cherishes time spent with her grown children and enjoys outdoor activities, particularly those involving the water in Delaware State Parks. Her life and career are beautifully intertwined, driven by a profound sense of gratitude and a commitment to making a difference.

President and Clinical Director
Kaylin Magosin, MS OTR/L
Kaylin is a passionate pediatric occupational therapist who brings a strong foundation in neuroscience, child development, and relationship-based care to her work at Kidnecting Potential. She earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Salus University, graduating summa cum laude, and holds a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh with minors in chemistry and math.
Kaylin’s deep interest in the brain-body connection and how it shapes our ability to participate in everyday life is what led her to the field of occupational therapy. Her curiosity and analytical nature drive her to “chase the why” behind each client’s unique challenges, with the goal of uncovering the root causes of dysregulation or difficulty.
She has experience working with toddlers through young adults in the clinical private practice environment as well as school-based practice supporting diagnoses such as Autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, developmental delays, learning differences, and anxiety. She uses a relationship-based, developmental lens to guide therapy and loves getting to know each child in a way that sparks engagement, trust, and joy in the therapeutic process.
Kaylin is a Proficient DIR/Floortime® practitioner, has completed the CLASI Certificate in Ayres Sensory Integration® (CLASI-CASI), and is a trained provider of Interactive Metronome®. She has pursued additional education in the areas of sensory integration, praxis, trauma and attachment, emotional regulation, and sound-based interventions. She is also committed to supporting future therapists and has served as a mentor to occupational therapy students.
Outside of the clinic, Kaylin enjoys being active in her church, attending concerts, cheering for the Philadelphia Phillies and college basketball teams (Villanova and Pitt), cooking and baking, and spending time at the beach with family and friends.

Lisa Korea, MS OTR/L
Lisa earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science (2018) and her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (2019) from the University of Scranton. She went on to complete an Advanced Practice Certificate in Autism Studies from Thomas Jefferson University in 2022.
She is a DIR/Floortime certified practitioner and enjoys working with neurodivergent children using a child-led, relationship-based approach. Trained in feeding therapy through Feed the Peds, she uses a sensory- and relationship-informed framework to support children and families. Her clinical interests include executive function, sensory processing, self-regulation, and motor skills, all approached through a whole-child and family-centered lens.
Her experience includes working in Early Intervention, school-based practice, and most recently in an outpatient therapy clinic alongside speech-language pathologists and physical therapists. She became an occupational therapist because of her passion for helping children and families discover their strengths while combining her love for science, creativity, and compassion. She especially values the opportunity OT gives her to think outside the box and adapt to each child’s unique needs.
Her favorite part of being an OT is joining children in their world through play—following their lead, celebrating their individuality, and helping them grow in ways that feel authentic and joyful. Using a neuroaffirming, Floortime-based approach, she creates spaces where children feel safe, understood, and empowered to thrive.

Heidi Miller, MS OTR/L
Heidi earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in 2016. She specializes in sensory integration, reflex integration, and feeding therapy with children, teens, and young adults. In feeding therapy, she has a particular passion for supporting individuals with ARFID, helping them expand their world of nourishment in safe and meaningful ways. She also holds certifications in Therapeutic Listening, MNRI Reflex Integration, and Interactive Metronome.
Her clinical experience includes pediatric outpatient care at the Kennedy Krieger Institute, a private sensory integration clinic, and early intervention. Inspired by her brother, who has autism, and the independence he gained through occupational therapy, she chose to pursue a career as an OT to help others discover their own potential.
What she loves most about being an occupational therapist is using play, joy, and connection as powerful tools for growth. Outside of her work, she brings the same spirit of energy and encouragement she once used as a gymnastics coach.
